Prior to the start of each project, we vet and hire subcontractors that meet three main criteria: enough manpower to accommodate our schedule, the organizational skills to meet that schedule, and the ability to produce quality work. Closing out these projects is critical. A dedicated punch list team ensures that we provide the same quality in multi-unit apartment buildings as we do in a luxury single-family home. Our seasoned managers have overseen the construction of projects ranging from a five-unit luxury condominium to large-scale buildings consisting of over two-hundred rental units. Regardless of the size, each receives the same quality control and strict adherence to schedule and budget.
