After a record-setting fire destroyed portions of this ten-story condominium building, formerly known as Hotel Cambridge, Metric installed a fire alarm and sprinkler system to bring the 1898 structure up to code. The project involved asbestos abatement as well as upgrades to the steam-powered heating system. During repairs to the fire-damage, owners were able to customize their units.
