Since 1890, the Robertson Mill, also known as Cohannet Mill No. 3, has served as a cotton factory, a yarn and hosiery manufacturer, and a curtain manufacturer. Metric transformed the once-blighted building into a 64-unit loft complex overlooking the Taunton River. Exposed brick walls, 15-foot windows, and 20-foot ceilings all accentuate the mill’s historic charm. Following restoration, the building was added to the National Register of Historic Places.
